Every Friday I will be giving you a small goal to aim for in order to be able to hit your target of having a healthy and balanced life.
I have no problem drinking tons of water everyday. However I know there are plenty of people out there who absolutely hate drinking it.
So my challenge to you this weekend is to drink half your body’s weight in ounces of water.
For example, if you weigh 160 then you need to be drinking 80 ounces of water per day.
Our bodies are made up of abut 60%-70% water and it is essential to our overall health that we are drinking enough of it.
If you can’t handle straight up water, try out some of these real fruit infused water recipes. :) They look pretty yummy!
Carry around a bottle of it so that you will be sipping on it throughout the day. Don’t wait until you are thirsty to drink water.
Whether you like your water with some flavor or just straight up, be sure to grab a glass (or 12) this weekend and drink up!
