Every Friday I will be giving you a small goal to aim for in order to be able to hit your target of having a healthy and balanced life.
This weekend we are going to aim to use a smaller plate. The festivities for most have not yet ended and there is probably at least one party, potluck, or get-together left before 2011 is past us.
So as you line up to a table filled with all kinds of tempting goodies, instead of grabbing that big platter to fill- grab a dessert plate. This will force you to be picky about what you put on your plate and to not overindulge.
