A lot of times when we think about, talk about, or actually make a decision for healthy eating, exercise, losing weight, overcoming a sickness with diet changes, etc-it can quickly become overwhelming.
There are so many things that need to be changed and unfortunately, most times, when we try to change everything all at once we don’t seem to be able to stick with it for the long run.
So, in an effort, to help us all out, I’d like to offer up a challenge each week-one thing to change, one step to take towards balancing out our lives in every area and reaching our goals once and for all!
My challenge for you this week:
WRITE OUT ONE OF YOUR GOALS ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND HANG IT WHERE YOU WILL SEE EVERYDAY!
It’s important to have all of your goals written out, but this week I want you to pick just one of your goals and focus on that. Write down any actions that you need to take this week, or over the course of the next few weeks in order to reach your goal.
It may be to stop eating junk food. One of the actions you can take now is to empty out those snack cabinets from all the junky junk that fill them :).REMOVE THE TEMPTATION!

Remember, just one step at a time! Commit to it and just do it! 🙂
