Today’s health tip is for those of us who are pregnant.
KEEP ON EXERCISING (and if you’re not exercising, then start). Now I’m not talking about heavy duty weight lifting; but we do, and we must, be sure to exercise in some way each day.
It may be walking around the block, stretching, light weights, or Zumba! But whatever it is, be sure to fit it in!! 🙂
This will help build your stamina and your flexibility (which you will need when it is time to birth that baby! :))
