Everyday this week I will be offering up a health tip for you to try out !! Here’s Tuesday’s:
STRETCH! STRETCH! and then STRETCH AGAIN!
If you are at a desk all day like me, then I know you most likely have had to deal with some sort of back or neck pain. This comes from us sitting on our bums for about 90% of our work day.
Personally, I try to stretch at least once an hour but if not at least on my breaks. It’s even better if you can take a little walk AND stretch on your break.
I have found relief from a lot of neck pain and lower back pain I used to have, by doing these stretches.
My favorite is the seated hip stretch!
Another option is to purchase a foam roller…I LOVE THE FOAM ROLLER and use it everyday!! Click here for more info on the foam roller.
