I am a HUGE Almond Butter fan! I eat it by itself, with an apple, with a banana, with celery, with…well just about anything you put in front of me. haha:) The only problem is, it is quite a bit more expensive than it’s cousin peanut butter.
That’s when I decided to try my hand at making it myself…although I still have to buy almonds (which are not cheap). However, if I buy them in bulk I can find a pretty sweet deal!

This weekend I plan on trying my hand at homemade coconut almond butter. I will be sure to let you know how it turns out and any tweaks I make to it!
