Salad with balsamic/olive oil dressing

Omelet (w/ turkey bacon & tomato)

Crockpot Whole Chicken
Sweet Potato
Salad with balsamic/olive oil dressing
Boiled Yucca

7/30/11
Breakfast:
Coconut Flour Pancakes
Turkey bacon

Dinner:
Arroz Con Pollo
Black beans
Salad with balsamic/olive oil dressing

7/31/11
Breakfast:
Gallopinto
Coffee
Ezekiel Bread
Eggs Over Easy

Lunch:
Tuna, pecan, tomato & Avocado wrap

    • hahaha you are so funny! If I don’t do a menu plan then I usually wind up eating junk I don’t need to and wasting too much money at the grocery store…so I have to do this!
