Some of these recipes call for margarine and vegetable oil – so be sure to replace those with either butter or coconut oil. For any other ingredients that you may be unsure of, please please always read the ingredients label to make sure there is no junky-junk. If it has more than 5 ingredients and/or you can’t pronounce the ingredient names, chances are it has junky-junk.
As for the low-fat ingredients-just don’t. You can always find a replacement or just use a little less of the full fat version. Remember, “low-fat” almost always means processed.
