Seasonal Sales Cycle: January

Posted on

Kelly over at Faithful Provisions has written this amazing post on Seasonal Sales Cycles. She has a list of the best products & foods to buy right now. I know we are all probably not thinking about shopping after the Christmas madness :) but there are some things that are great to stock up on right now.

Wondering when the which fruits/veggies are in season right now? She also has a PDF of Seasonal Fruits & Veggies! I already printed mine off and put it in my household binder. :)

Thanks Faithful Provisions!

Money Saving Tip-Freeze Milk

Posted on

I found this great post at Money Saving Mom about how to freeze milk. I had read about people doing this on various blogs but this is the best post I have found on how to go about doing it and how to use it. Be sure to read all of the comments because there are some great ideas (such as freezing it in ice cube trays).

What about you? Do any of you freeze milk when you find it on sale? I think this will be on my to do list this month. :)
