Opportunity to Lend a Hand

Posted on

I wanted to share with you a great opportunity to help out a family in need.

A good friend of mine has a 12-year-old nephew (Dylan) who will be having surgery for Pectus Excavatum. In short, it is a condition where your chest grows inward and can crush your heart, liver and other organs. This surgery will require a recovery time of 3-6 months.

There are two things that this family needs right now: prayer and finances.

The $100,000 surgery is set for January 31st, 2012. We are trying to help raise the money for the $6,000 deductible that the parents do not currently have the funds to pay.

There has been a benefit fund set up at USBank to help pay for his medical bills and recovery. If you are able to give, even if it’s just $5 or $10, please click here for the information on how to do so.

Above the financial need, please remember this little boy in your prayers. Please put him and his family on the prayer lists at your church. We are believing for provision and for a complication free surgery and recovery.

Thank you HnB family!

About HnB4life

Hello There ! My name is Tiffany and I am on the journey to find balance in life! Now, I’m not talking about anything kooky or mystical, but real true balance and health in all areas: physical, spiritual, and emotional. I figured I was not the only one looking for these things, and thus this blog was born. I am not an expert in all things healthy nor is my life 100% balanced. However, I have been on this journey for a quite a few years and have learned some things along the way. One of those things is that the start of a healthy and balanced life is a relationship with Jesus Christ, my Savior, my Friend, my Strong Tower, and my Balance in those completely unbalanced moments. If you’d like more information on knowing Jesus Christ, please click here http://www.gotquestions.org/personal-Savior.html Welcome Friend, I look forward to our journey together.
