Finding Balance: BE THANKFUL (& FREE Thankfulness Chart)

Posted on

God has given us so many wonderful blessings, but sometimes in the hustle and bustle of life we forget to stop and give Him thanks for those blessings. Some days it is hard to see those blessings. Other days we are simply too busy.

Although my heart is thankful for so many things that God has blessed me with, I wanted to be sure that I took time each day to focus on at least one of those blessings. I also wanted to be able to look back on these things and be reminded of all that God has done.

I decided to create one more page for my household binder- the Doxology Chart. It’s a simple chart where I plan to write one thing that I am thankful for each day. At the end of the year, I will be able to read back through the Doxology chart and be reminded of just how great our God is!

So far this week, I am thankful for my husband’s sense of humor, my church family, and a great job.

My Challenge for you this week:

Download the Doxology chart that I created or create your own. Either way, find a place to write down those blessings and take time each day to thank God for them. :)

About HnB4life

Hello There ! My name is Tiffany and I am on the journey to find balance in life! Now, I’m not talking about anything kooky or mystical, but real true balance and health in all areas: physical, spiritual, and emotional. I figured I was not the only one looking for these things, and thus this blog was born. I am not an expert in all things healthy nor is my life 100% balanced. However, I have been on this journey for a quite a few years and have learned some things along the way. One of those things is that the start of a healthy and balanced life is a relationship with Jesus Christ, my Savior, my Friend, my Strong Tower, and my Balance in those completely unbalanced moments. If you’d like more information on knowing Jesus Christ, please click here http://www.gotquestions.org/personal-Savior.html Welcome Friend, I look forward to our journey together.
